HXG-5型固定旋轉(zhuǎn)式吹灰器

　　HXG-5型固定旋轉(zhuǎn)式吹灰器主要用來(lái)吹掃鍋爐管道受熱面的積灰。

The HXG-5 fixed rotary soot blower is mainly used to clean the accumulated dust on the heating surface of the boiler pipeline.

　　HXG-5型固定旋轉(zhuǎn)式吹灰器邊旋轉(zhuǎn)邊吹灰，其轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)由電動(dòng)裝置提供，吹灰角度由凸輪控制。吹掃圈數(shù)由控制箱控制。前端大齒輪上裝有切制好的凸輪，大齒輪順時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(從后端看)時(shí)，凸輪控制啟動(dòng)臂，開啟和關(guān)閉閥門，為吹灰槍管提供吹灰介質(zhì)。閥門是吹灰器的主要部件，內(nèi)設(shè)調(diào)壓盤，可根據(jù)吹灰部位的實(shí)際要求，調(diào)整吹灰槍管噴嘴的出口壓力。

The HXG-5 fixed rotary soot blower rotates while blowing, and its rotation is provided by an electric device. The blowing angle is controlled by a cam. The number of blowing cycles is controlled by the control box. The front large gear is equipped with a cut cam. When the large gear rotates clockwise (viewed from the rear), the cam controls the starting arm, opens and closes the valve, and provides blowing medium for the soot blowing gun barrel. The valve is the main component of the soot blower, equipped with a pressure regulating plate, which can adjust the outlet pressure of the soot blower nozzle according to the actual requirements of the soot blowing position.
